Pelagic Canvas Coat utilizes the latest in high-tech innovation. This water-based product uses nano-chemistry to penetrate your Sunbrella/canvas and lock itself in for long-term protection.
APPLICATION
Please ensure surfaces are clean before application. Saturate microfiber sponge or rag with Pelagic Canvas Coat. Apply product evenly over the surface to be protected. Can be cleaned up with mild soap and water. Wear latex or nitrile rubber gloves and safety glasses. The product should be applied by wet methods and not atomized due to inhalation concerns. Rinse all items with tap water when finished. Wash hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water.

Canvas Coat is a nano technology and should be applied with a microfiber sponge or rag. As the basic raw material is 25 nanometers, for safety the material should not be aerosolized.
If your canvas looks dirty or has bird droppings on it, wash before applying by scrubbing it with detergent and a soft brush. It is best to allow it to dry prior to applying Canvas Coat..
Coverage will vary depending on the nature/construction of material, density of fabric, and the weave of woven material. Natural fibers will absorb a greater amount of material. Coverage will be somewhere between 25 and 75 square feet per quart.
Canvas Coat is a water-based emulsion that can be cleaned up with soap and water.
Yes. Canvas Coat does not impair the breathability of the canvas.
Canvas Coat will work on natural or synthetic textiles including but not limited to cotton, woven acrylic, Sunbrella and more.
While dependent on ambient conditions, Canvas Coat works best when allowed to dry for twenty-four hours.
